BENWATERSYNTHIA PILOTInstallation brief PILOT READY
BENWATER × SYNTHIA pilot

What we need to turn the simulation into a working pilot.

BEN can be added to the existing BENWATER website without rebuilding it. The Command Center then organizes new sales opportunities and after-sales requests in one operational view.

01

Website and technical access

Use staging first; do not send personal passwords.

  • A temporary WordPress administrator account for SilverCore/Cowork.
  • A staging copy or approved testing window before production activation.
  • Confirmation of the hosting provider, backups and security/cache plugins.
  • The email inbox that should receive new leads and service alerts.
  • The official WhatsApp Business number and whether direct handoff is desired.
  • Analytics access or the tracking ID used by BENWATER.
02

Approved product knowledge

BEN only says what BENWATER has verified.

  • Current active catalog, exact model names and discontinued products.
  • Specifications, compatibility rules, certifications and installation needs.
  • Approved manufacturer and product-origin language for every current model.
  • Public price policy: show price, “from,” or quotation only.
  • Availability policy: real stock connection or “confirm with BENWATER.”
  • Delivery areas, installation coverage and realistic response times.
03

Sales and qualification rules

Define when BEN informs, qualifies or escalates.

  • Required questions for home, hotel/business, industrial and reseller leads.
  • Who receives each type of opportunity and who prepares quotations.
  • Priority markets in Morocco and the European territories to be developed.
  • Questions BEN must never answer without a technical specialist.
  • Follow-up target: for example, same day or next business day.
  • Commercial messages and promotions approved for each language.
04

Existing-customer service

Maintenance must become a controlled workflow, not just a message.

  • Warranty rules and the documents required to validate coverage.
  • Maintenance intervals, replacement filters and compatible accessories.
  • Serial, invoice or order references used to identify each installation.
  • What BENWATER defines as urgent and the safe escalation instructions.
  • Technician/service coverage by city and preferred scheduling process.
  • Who approves diagnosis, price, parts, visit and final resolution.
05

Brand, language and legal approval

BEN speaks as BENWATER; SYNTHIA remains the technology layer.

  • Approval of the name BEN and the blue B avatar.
  • French as default, plus approved Arabic, English and Spanish terminology.
  • Tone of voice, greeting, service hours and human handoff wording.
  • Privacy notice, contact consent and data-retention period.
  • Final confirmation of phrases that mention warranty, health or performance.
  • One BENWATER owner authorized to approve knowledge updates.
06

Operations and measurement

The pilot must prove value with real operating signals.

  • Users who need Commander access and their permitted roles.
  • Pipeline statuses for leads, quotations and after-sales tickets.
  • KPIs: qualified leads, quote requests, service response and unresolved demand.
  • Weekly review owner during the pilot.
  • Feedback process for missing answers and catalog corrections.
  • Success criteria for keeping, expanding or changing the pilot.

Recommended implementation sequence

The simulation is approved first. Production access and customer data are introduced only after the rules and responsibilities are confirmed.

PHASE 01Approve the experience

Review BEN, languages, use cases and the Command Center with Mohamad.

PHASE 02Load verified knowledge

Replace assumptions with approved models, rules, service data and escalation contacts.

PHASE 03Install on staging

Add the widget, connect notifications and test mobile, desktop and WordPress compatibility.

PHASE 04Run the pilot

Activate for real visitors, review results weekly and improve from real demand.
